About us

This website is operated by AUREX Clothing. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Products

Our garments are printed to order. Product images are representative. Slight variation in print placement, colour and shade between screens and finished garments is normal and is not a fault.

Promotions

Multibuy offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect orders already placed.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns and Refunds policy for how to cancel or return an order.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
